CSIR-IHBT team conducted a one-day training cum demonstration program on the cultivation of Tagetes minuta (Aromatic marigold) for CIG Dev Matloda, VFDS Satyog, in Nachan forest division under JICA (PIHPFEM&L) at FRH Chailchowk, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh on June 28, 2024. Aromatic marigold seeds were distributed to the farmers under CSIR AROMA mission phase III. More than 20 farmers participated in the program. The training program was held with the assistance of Mr. Surendra Singh Kasyap, DFO of Nachan Forest Division, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh.
