A three-day training cum awareness programme on cultivation and processing of aromatic crops under CSIR Aroma Mission was conducted by Team CSIR-IHBT at Fatehpur village (Distt. Faridabad) and Nuh, Haryana. More than fifty farmers from Nuh, Palval, Gurugram and Faridabad districts of Haryana participated in this programme. District Horticulture Officers of these districts along with their colleagues were also present. On 29th August, the last day of the programme, Dr Anupama, IAS, Commissioner of Faridabad, along with other district officials, and scientists from CSIR-IHBT had a discussion on strategizing future plans for the upliftment of farmers in the aspirational district of Nuh.
