An exposure cum awareness visit was organized for ANSAB delegates by CSIR-IHBT, at its campus in Palampur on 1st September. This delegation comprised of a group of 27 professionals and cultivators of medicinal and aromatic plants from Asia Network for Sustainable Agriculture and Bioresources (ANSAB), Kathmandu, Nepal. The main objective of this visit was to have exposure on MAPs cultivation, harvesting and post-harvest handling including storage, product development, diversification, and value addition in India.
