One-day awareness cum training programme on cultivation and processing of aromatic crops was conducted for the farmers of Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab at CSIR-IHBT, Palampur on 4th January 2022. Eleven farmers attended the programme. They were apprised about the Aroma Mission activities and the crops suitable for cultivation in their village. The practical exposure of essential oil distillation unit was also provided to the farmers.
