CSIR - CIMAP Asvika portable units and CSIR-IHBT Herbostill mini distillation units have been specially designed as a small portable mini distillation unit for small scale entrepreneurs, farmers, R & D institutes etc. The unit has been designed for producing high quality natural rose water, but can also be used for efficiently for the distillation of spice oils like coriander, cumin, garlic etc and aromatic oils like mints, grasses, basil etc.

Application/User : For small scale production of rose water, distillation of aromatic crops for essential oils, spices for spice oils, water extracts of herbs etc.

Level/Scale of Development : Volumetric capacity : 60 lts, Herb lading capacity Rose flowers : 12-15 kg, Aromatic herb : 20-25 kg, powdered spices 8-10 kg
