An awareness cum training programme on aromatic plants was organized on 11th June at Shillibagi village in Thunag, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh by Team CSIR-IHBT. A total of 45 farmers participated in the programme. The farmers were made aware about the commercial value of aromatic and medicinal plants. The seeds of HIMGOLD variety of Tagetes minuta (Wild marigold) were also distributed among the farmers.
