One-day awareness cum training programme on cultivation and processing of aromatic crops organised by Team CSIR IHBT , Palampur at Garsaadi, Block Paati, Champawat district in Uttarakhand on 25th September 2021. Twenty seven farmers including gram pradhan from Garsaadi and Block Development Officer (BDO), Paati also attended the programme. Farmers were trained for cultivation and post harvest management of aromatic crop, viz. Wild Marigold, Damask Rose, Lemongrass, Palmarosa and German Chamomile. The team also visited Rosemary and Damask Rose clusters at Tapnipal village, Khetikhan, Champawat and discussed about the crop management to get higher yield.
